Tari made buying a home simple and less stressful.  I first met Tari in 2006 when we were relocating from NYC to VA and looking for a place to rent.  At that time, we wanted to rent until we felt more comfortable in the area.  He did not pressure us but simply went about looking for a nice townhouse in a great subdivision in which to rent.  He was ready, willing and able to show us around different areas even though it was only a "rental".  I was impressed with his patience, punctuality and his knowledge of the area.
 
A year later when we were ready to purchase, there was no question that I would call upon Tari again.  Tari kept us in the loop and answered all of our questions while sending us all the latest information on properties.  I was also impressed with the way he understood our financial situation and focused on homes well within our price range.  Tari also helped with the financing ensuring that all of our questions were answered by the loan officer and the paperwork was properly completed.  He even caught some language in the loan application that would have had us paying more to refinance.
 
I would highly recommend Tari to any of my friends and relatives because he is just  GREAT at what he does.  There is no doubt we will be calling upon Tari again when we are ready to upgrade!
